It all starts with a dream. Chaco Flaco was founded in a home kitchen by local legend, chef, and mixologist Chuck "Chaco" Moore. Chuck started by making natural mixers with organic fruits and vegetables for his friends and family, took that back to the bar, and eventually entered the specialty food market - and inspired their award winning ready-to-drink cocktails. Prior to retailer pitches, BXC was asked to clean up their look and get this startup ready for prime time. The updated and TTB approved packaging system has won awards, opened retailers and received the attention of international distributors. Chaco Flaco is now in their third year winning awards, expanding their footprint and selling off the shelves.
